Punctuality
We schedule procedures to accommodate quality service and work diligently to run on time. Please help us by being punctual so clients who follow do not have to wait. Late arrivers we cannot extend the time of your service, you will be given the remainder of your appointment and will be charged the full price of the service booked.

Cancellations
We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable; however we do require 24 hour notice to fill your cancelled time slot.

Spa packages and multi services scheduled for more than 3 hours require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold the time.

For no shows your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service and/ or gift certificate will be voided. Late cancellations may be subject to a penalty fee of $25.

Scheduling
It is our desire to accommodate you, however to do so we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. This will ensure that you will get the time and staff person that you prefer.

Children
We love children as much as you do, but for the atmosphere of relaxation to exist, childrenunder the age of 12 are not allowed unless being provided with
a service. Loud and crying children (no matter how adorable) do disturb other clients.

Cell Phones
Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate upon entering spa. Cell phones can be disruptive in the relaxation of others. If you must answer a call please keep your conversation to a minimum and speak softly.

Gift Certificates
All Gift Certificates are the responsibility of bearer. We are not responsible for lost Gift Certificates. Gift certificates may not be used for gratuities or the purchase of retail products. All gift certificates, series and package sales are final; sorry, no cash refunds.

Sales, Prices and Payments
Sales are final on all purchases. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, cash & checks. Please note that gratuities may not be charged to a credit card. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks. We reserve the right to raise prices without prior notification to ensure that the maximum standard of service and quality are met.
